1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and atm888 ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the online gaming platform accessible at atm888.vu and the associated mobile app.

2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to own and operate one (1) account only at atm888. Owning more than one account — whether using the same or different name, email address, phone number, IP address, device, or payment method — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, including forfeiture of any existing balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

ATM888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for USDT which will be converted based on the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within under 15 minutes during normal business hours. atm888 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are signs of suspicious activity.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 for most payment methods;
• Maximum daily withdrawal: subject to the account limit set based on your verification level;
• Your first withdrawal must use the same payment method as your first deposit;
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details you provide are accurate. ATM888 will not be liable for any loss arising from errors in the bank account or digital wallet information you submit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by atm888 are subject to specific terms displayed alongside each promotional offer. These terms include but are not limited to minimum deposit requirements, rollover requirements, validity periods, and eligible games.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses received must be wagered at the stated rate before the funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount using eligible games. Bets placed on certain games may not count, or may only partially count, towards the wagering requirement.

5.3 ATM888's Rights Over Bonuses

6.1 Game Results

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, internet disconnection, or server issue during an active gaming session, atm888 will attempt to restore the session to its last server-confirmed state. 7 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from performing any of the following actions on the atm888 platform:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform, including depositing funds from illegal sources and withdrawing them after meeting minimum wagering requirements;

• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's operations in any way;

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds including any outstanding wins, and legal action where necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the atm888 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, graphics, text, software, and audio-visuals, is the exclusive property of atm888 or licensed to atm888 by the relevant third-party providers.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from ATM888. Personal, non-commercial use may be permitted at ATM888's discretion.

9 Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atm888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or earnings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Business interruption or loss of activity;
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including hackers and fraudsters;
• Losses resulting from game outcomes that did not favor the player.

ATM888's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed your net deposit amount within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the ATM888 customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances (not subject to unfulfilled bonus conditions) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

10.2 Termination by ATM888

ATM888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including breach of these terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requests, or operational requirements. In the case of suspension, available funds may be held pending the outcome of an investigation. In the case of closure due to a breach, funds may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

ATM888 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. If you feel that gaming is beginning to have a negative impact on your life, you may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming us. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.

11 Terms Amendment

ATM888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users through:

• Email notification to your registered address;
• Updating the "Updated" date at the top of this document.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which atm888 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within the initial 30-day period. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration procedures.

You agree that any legal action you initiate against ATM888 must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Failure to do so will result in the permanent forfeiture of that claim.
